Every Feature. Every Plan.
Your team and your AI agents run the same business here. The REST API, the MCP server, the Agent Command Center and SafeNode governance are on every plan, including free: risky writes are held for your approval and every decision is logged.
Paid plans add team seats, organizations, storage, higher agent limits, and a lower platform fee on every payment you take. No per-seat tax. Big business tools, houseplant prices.
Every feature, on every plan
Tasks & projects, invoicing, expenses, booking, payment processing, work tracking, analytics and community. Your agents get the same access you do: REST API, MCP server, Agent Command Center and SafeNode governance are included on every plan, including free. Free is sized to try an agent; paid plans raise the daily budget for agents that run all day. Plans differ on volume, not on what you can do. A few of the newest modules are still in beta and are switched on per organization on request, on any plan.

Questions, answered.
What does agent-native actually mean?
Your AI agents are first-class users, not an add-on. Seedling ships a REST API and an MCP server, so an agent can read your tasks, projects, customers, calendar and invoices and act on them. The Agent Command Center shows you what your agents are working on, what they remember, and where the business stands.
What stops an agent doing something I did not want?
Every gated write from an API key or an agent is checked against SafeNode policy before it runs. Safe work goes through. Risky work is held and lands in your review queue, where you approve or deny it. Anything blocked returns a reason, and the decision is logged. This is on every plan, not a paid upgrade.
Do I need a SafeNode account?
No. Policy enforcement is built into Seedling and you review held actions inside your organization. If you already run your own SafeNode workspace, you can point finer-grained policies at your Seedling organization id.
Is the API limited to paid plans?
No. API and MCP access are on every plan, including free, and so is SafeNode governance. What changes is volume. Free gives you enough calls to connect an agent and see it work, which is a taste rather than a working budget. Paid plans raise the daily budget into the thousands for agents that run all day.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes take effect immediately.
Are any features locked to a paid plan?
No. Every module works on the free plan: tasks and projects, invoicing, expenses, booking, payment processing, analytics, the API and the agent tools. Plans differ by how much you can hold, not by what you can do: team members, organizations, customers, storage and request volume. A few of the newest modules are still in beta and are switched on per organization on request, on any plan.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We’ll let you know when you’re getting close, and suggest an upgrade so you can keep growing.
How do platform fees work?
Each card or online payment carries a platform fee: a small percentage plus a fixed amount, at the rate shown on your plan. It drops as you upgrade, and registered green organizations get a discounted rate. Stripe’s processing fees are separate and come out of your Stripe account, or you can pass them on to customers. Platform fees aren’t returned when you refund a payment.
Is there support?
Support is offered to everyone, and paid plans get priority. Get in touch any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of your billing period.
